Please Note:

Elli Perl holds a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.

A cancelled appointment delays work and means that other clients miss out.  When you must cancel, please give at least 48 hours notice.  A cancelled session is rarely able to be filled, unless you give at least 48 hours notice in advance.

If you cancel earlier than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be given a full refund or you can reschedule to your next convenient time.

If you give less than 48 hours notice when you cancel, you will be charged the full fee for your session.

According to practice, exceptions to this rule cannot be made as no preferential treatment is given.
